About Josie’s Best Gluten Free Mixes
Josie’s Best Gluten Free Mixes are made in beautiful Central Oregon by a mom, wife, and longtime gluten free warrior determined to make a pancake better than the rest! All of our products exceed the FDA standards for Gluten Free at <10ppm and have been independently tested at a certified food lab using the ELISA method. We work out of a certified kitchen that occasionally produces products that may include Gluten. However; there is NO shared equipment and every effort is made to ensure there is no cross contamination. The ingredients in our mixes have been carefully and thoughtfully researched and we are working towards the following certifications: Certified Gluten Free, certified non GMO, Kosher, and Vegan. Our products are also free from Nut flour, Soy flour, Bean flour, and contain only trace amounts of corn (from the baking powder). Dairy free milk and Vegan egg options work beautifully with our baking mixes.
