Manipura Kitchen’s main product is “Ghee”. We created and developed a line of flavored Ghee infusion. What does Ghee do? In Ayurveda, a 5000 year old system of natural healing that has its origin in the Vedic culture of India, Ghee plays an important role because of its healing properties. Ghee is made by cooking butter to remove all milk solids and water. What is left after this process is a pure golden oil with a royal flavored aroma. By infusing spices in the Ghee we take it to the next level and create different flavored Ghee infusions. Ghee infusions are great cooking oil for healthy living, they add a punch of flavor to your dishes. One soupspoon of infused Ghee into your soups,vegetables, desserts,smoothies even coffee is a great way to add your high vitamin butter oil. Ghee must be kept at room temperature it does not need to be refrigerated. Always use a clean utensil to scoop out the Ghee.
